Catechism 6 – Description
In Catechism 6, offered to two classes – 16+ Girls and 16+ Boys, the students will be taking Apologetics as it pertains to the Creed, morality, medical, and social issues. What must a Catholic know? Why should a Catholic believe it? How can a Catholic defend it and share it, evangelizing the world? These are pertinent questions. In an ever-increasing secular society, the young Catholic must know how to bring what he or she has been taught and bring the light of Christ into the darkness. Some of our young people will be called to be priests or religious. Many will be called to be husbands or wives, fathers or mothers. How will the faith be passed on the next generation? “Now this is eternal life: That they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.” John 17:3
The materials required for this course will be announced shortly.
